Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time on‑site role for a CNC Machinist located in Carthage, MO. The CNC Machinist will be responsible for operating CNC machines, performing machining tasks, conducting milling operations, and ensuring products meet specified quality standards. The role includes monitoring machinery, performing necessary adjustments, and collaborating with the team to optimize production efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications- Experience with Machine Operation and general Machining tasks
- Knowledge of Milling processes and techniques
- Proficiency in Quality Control procedures to ensure product standards are met
- Familiarity with Machinery maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documents
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Good problem‑solving skills and the ability to work in a team environment
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production setting is preferred but will train the right candidate
