Position OverviewAs a Medical-Surgical RN, you will:
- Utilize the nursing process to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Maintain professional accountability for the care of your assigned patients.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless patient care.
- Uphold patient rights and confidentiality at all times.
- Perform your duties in alignment with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
To thrive in this role, you will need:

Education:
A Nursing Degree from an accredited school. - License: A current RN license in our state or compact licensure, meeting all state board of nursing requirements.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association.
