Position Details: Full Time – Mid-Level Store.

Responsibilities include:

Providing exceptional service and sharing expert knowledge of bakery and deli goods.

Maintaining cleanliness, proper signage, and proper product rotation in the Bakery Deli Department.

Working with the Pricing Coordinator to ensure accurate pricing.

Scheduling staff, managing orders, monitoring sales and labor, and handling vendor credits.

Training staff on safe food handling and safety guidelines.

Ensuring compliance with company policies, dress code, and completing required training.

Using knives and sharp instruments safely in food preparation.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 60 lbs, stand, move, and work safely in a potentially slippery environment.
