- Maintaining exceptional customer service for all clientele
- Adhering to “Meet and Greet” policies
- Understanding all customer service functions such as cashiering, lottery, Western Union, Rug Doctor, video rental, in-store charges, money orders, payroll check cashing, credit card machines, and hunting and fishing license sales
- Assisting other departments as needed, including stocking tobacco areas
- Ensuring quick and efficient carry-out or parcel pick-up services for customers
- Monitoring Front End associates to focus on customer service
- Developing knowledge of office and bookkeeping functions at store level
- Maintaining knowledge and training on all customer service transactions
- Following all company policies, including dress code and wearing a name tag
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift 50 lb. boxes occasionally and exert 25-50 lbs. of force frequently, and 10-20 lbs. constantly while handling materials. Must have dexterous use of both hands, and be able to stand and move about various workstations. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items is required, as well as using sharp instruments for food preparation.
This is medium work requiring good, corrected vision, hearing, and physical ability to work on slippery floors.
