About the RoleAs a Registered Nurse (RN) at Aspire Senior Living Carthage, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, resident-centered care to our seniors. Your expertise will enable you to:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans, ensuring individualized attention and support
- Administer medications, treatments, and injections as prescribed by physicians
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare teams
- Monitor resident health status and report changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- Participate in resident care conferences and develop individualized care plans
- Provide direct resident care, including assessments, treatments, and medications
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Monitor and report changes in resident health status to the healthcare team
- Participate in resident care conferences and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care and services
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Missouri
- Experience working in a long-term care, skilled nursing or related field preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to resident-centered care
