The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to execute tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. Your responsibilities include:

• Maintain regular attendance and work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with your District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, store measurements, cycle counts, and signage hanging accurately and promptly.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value & Appreciate.
• Ensure a distinctive shopping experience for customers.
• Provide peak coverage during special occasions (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience:

Prior retail or merchandising experience required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not mandatory. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding fields is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

• Primarily indoor work with moderate noise; outdoor lots are hard surfaces.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
• Travel between stores using personal vehicle is required, sometimes for extended periods.
• Follow safety guidelines to promote a safe work environment.

• Travel as needed; push/pull up to 2,000 pounds with equipment; lift overhead; stand, kneel, reach, and climb ladders.
• Operate store equipment; communicate effectively; handle birds/poultry.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate vehicles.
• Be physically capable of moving throughout the store efficiently.
