Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and working with the accounting group on payables and receivables. Technical knowledge and hands on technical experience is a plus.

• Working with management to fufill customer requests.
• Assist management in completing supplier requests.
• Assisting management in scheduling, planning and fulfilling corporate tasks.
• Handle customer inquiries on order status.
• Data Entry.
• Process incoming sales orders and purchase orders.
• Receive inventory into accounting system.
• Ship products out to customers.
• Manage inventory.
• Handle accounts receivable.
• Handle billing inquiries.
• Provide information about the products and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns.
• Document and update customer records based on interactions.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
• Work with Sentrol service staff to assist in customer visits and repair shop projects.

• Strong data entry and computer skills.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Positive and professional demeanor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Distributor and service provider of fluid control instrumentation, calibration services, control valves, analyzers, flowmeters, safety systems, explosion protection systems and other like sensors and controls to the biopharmaceutical, microelectronics, chemical, oil & gas, power, and institutional markets.
