Position OverviewBased at Coilcraft's global headquarters, this role reports directly to the Director of Accounting and provides broad exposure to both domestic and international operations. You'll play a key role in consolidations and analysis, working closely with cross-functional and global teams.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and consolidate global financial statements.
- Analyze financial results of international subsidiaries.
- Support foreign tax, audit, and legal matters as they arise.
- Assist in the global year-end audit process with both domestic and international teams.
- Help develop, implement, and maintain global internal controls and accounting policies.
- Participate in ad hoc projects that support broader organizational objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- Minimum 2 years of progressive accounting experience.
- CPA and/or public accounting experience strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP; familiarity with IFRS a plus.
- Experience with multi-entity or multinational operations preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (domestic and international).
