Coilcraft is a successful, privately held company in Cary, IL with a worldwide reputation for high quality passive electronic components. Coilcraft operates in a wide range of industries, including telecommunication, computers, automotive, broadband communications and consumer electronics. We have an opening for an Accounting Associate to assist in out accounting department.

• Process Daily / Weekly Consignment Customer Invoicing.
• Monthly reconciliation of Consignment Customer accounts and inventory.
• Research, resolve, and escalate accounts with past due aging.
• Compile various reports for Management & key team members
• Supports Staff Accountants by performing various accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and account reconciliation
• Maintain good working relationships with customers (both internal and external).

• Associates' degree in Business or Accounting is a plus.
• Solid understanding of fundamental financial concepts.
• Attention to detail, self starter, and organization skills.
• Basic PC skills, intermediate excel skills.
• Familiarity with ERP Systems is a plus.
