Constellation Search Group is looking for a Controller for a full‑time direct hire position. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance and accounting leadership, with specific experience in private equity and manufacturing environments. The Controller will manage the integration efforts of current and future acquisitions, while maintaining excellence across complex audits. A key component of the role involves working with disparate systems with the goal of consolidating them effectively.

• Leverage a finance and accounting leadership background, specifically in manufacturing to drive strategic initiatives.
• Oversee and manage disparate and complex audits with precision and expertise.
• Lead integration efforts for current and future M&A within the organization.
• Consolidate disparate systems, utilizing a strong background in system migrations and improvements.
• Build out the accounting function and the team to support organizational growth.

• Experience in finance and accounting leadership.
• Background in auditing and managing complex audits.
• Experience in managing the integration of acquisitions.
• Ability to work strategically with disparate systems, migrating them for optimal consolidation.
  
  Highly organized and driven.
• Proven ability to collaborate, drive projects, and enhance process improvements.
