Shipping Lead – 2nd Shift – Pay Starting at $30.82/hr + $1.00/hr Shift Premium

2nd Shift: Monday – Friday 3pm‑11pm

• Manage and monitor all the inbound shipments of finished goods.
• Assist and resolve any discrepancies or product integrity issues.
• Correct any inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure all employees are following departmental safety rules.
• Conduct mid-year and annual employee reviews.
• Go into orders and manage how the product will be constructed on the pallet.
• Pull customer orders by carrier and allocate inventory.

• High School or GED.
• Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing or related field.

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Formal training and leadership experience preferred.

Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.
