  • 2+ years of experience building automatic assembly equipment
  • Proven mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving abilities
  • Strong math skills and the ability to interpret detailed engineering drawings
  • Proficiency with basic machine shop tools
  • Associate's degree, specialized education, or vo‑tech training in a mechanical field (preferred)
