• 1st Shift: (Cary Location) 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday‑Friday
• 2nd Shift: (Cary Location) 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm, Monday‑Friday

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 1+ year of machine operator experience (preferred but not required)
• 2+ years doing complex mechanical work (e.g., disassembling cars or machines, replacing engines/transmissions) – required
• Ability to be on feet and stand/walk for the entire shift
• Strong basic math skills – add, subtract, divide, multiply to calculate footage and linear footage
• Interpret measurements with a standard ruler to 1/16 inch (must pass pre‑employment ruler test)
• Physically fit with no restrictions; lift up to 65 lbs, push, pull, maneuver large rolls of material; squat, bend, crouch, kneel; tolerate chemicals and occasional strong odors
• Previous ISO experience in a manufacturing or light industrial environment preferred
• Previous lamination, packaging or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred but not required—WE WILL TRAIN

The Slitting Machine Operator slits material to support press, lamination, pouch departments, and customer roll‑stock business.
