ResponsibilitiesA Lamination / Coater Mixologist is responsible for assisting the Lamination and Coater Operators and Helpers to meet the daily production goals of the solvent base and solventless laminators and/or coating machines by safely and accurately mixing the adhesives and coatings used for these processes. The Lamination / Coater Mixologist works under the direct guidance of the Process Engineer, the Production Supervisor and/or the Manager of Plant Operations.
Qualifications- Must be at least 18 years of age and pass our pre-employment Reading and Ruler tests.
- 1+ year previous complex auto mechanical, Coating Machine, Lamination Machine or Extrusion Machine Operation experience required.
- Ability to read and use a Ruler/Tape Measure. Previous forklift experience is a plus.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to read and figure footage required for job.
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Physical activity involves lifting, bending, crouching, walking, sitting, standing, kneeling, pulling, stretching, and reaching throughout the shift without accommodations.
