Role Description

This is a part-time (25-30 hours), on-site role located in Cary, NC for an Executive Administrative Assistant Office Manager. The individual in this position will provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, manage day-to-day office operations, and help maintain an organized, efficient environment. Responsibilities include handling phone communications, scheduling meetings, coordinating correspondence, managing records, and ensuring office supplies are maintained. The role also involves assisting with data entry, reporting tasks, and providing clerical support.

Satrting salary is $24.00 per hour, with an increase after 90 days in addition to potential bonuses.

Qualifications
  • Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
  • Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and managing schedules
  • Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette abilities
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
  • Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • High school diploma or GED required;
    Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Prior experience in administrative or office management roles is highly desirable
Requirements in first 90 days

Background check and fingerprints

Ability to pass N.C. life insurance license
