Office Administrator - Electrical Contractor

Electra Solutions LLC is a licensed electrical contractor (NC Unlimited) expanding from residential service into commercial construction and maintenance across the Triangle and Triad. We need an organized, numbers-minded Office Administrator to run the back office as we bid and win more commercial work.

Electra Solutions LLC is a licensed electrical contractor (NC Unlimited) expanding from residential service into commercial construction and maintenance across the Triangle and Triad. We need an organized, numbers-minded Office Administrator to run the back office as we bid and win more commercial work.

• Manage AR/AP in Quick Books: invoicing, progress billing, vendor bills, payments and reconciliations
• Prepare pay applications (AIA G702/G703), track retainage and follow up on collections
• Handle lien waivers, subcontractor/vendor setup, W-9s and certificates of insurance
• Keep job files, contracts, change orders and submittals organized
• Maintain our profiles on GC bid platforms and vendor portals
• Support permitting paperwork and inspection scheduling
• Answer phones, coordinate schedules and support the project manager and field team

• 3–5 years of office or accounting administration, ideally in construction or the trades
• Strong Quick Books skills (Online or Desktop) with solid AR/AP and reconciliation experience
• Familiarity with pay apps, retainage and lien waivers is a big plus
• Comfortable with Google Workspace; organized, accurate and dependable

• $22–$26 per hour, based on experience
• Medical, dental, vision, life insurance and PTO, available after an introductory period (benefits do not start on day one)
