As a Product Manager with Temposonics, LLC. you will Identify market and customer needs for assigned products, with the objective of maximizing sales revenue and profit margins. Responsible for managing the product lifecycle, from introduction to end of life. Working with Sales, maintains key account relationships as needed to effectively manage the product line.

Additional Duties
  • Develops and maintains product plans and product family strategies in conjunction with the Global Market Segment Manager. Manages product life cycle plans, recommends product replacement and obsolescence. Provides direction to engineering and manufacturing for the maintenance and upgrade of the product line.
  • Provides information to Operations in the form of forecasts to support production planning and inventory management, with support from Global Business Intelligence.
  • Identifies, investigates and determines product enhancement and development requirements based on key market needs and profitable sales growth.
  • Recommends pricing and gross margin strategies, consistent with global strategy, to maximize profitability for assigned products and meet divisional goals. Maintains price list for assigned products based on divisional guidelines and goals.
  • Monitors and analyzes the market position of assigned products and their competitors to better determine and promote product and price competitiveness, product acceptance, growth of market share, cost efficiency, profitability and a competitive advantage. Monitors the development of market users and industry trends.
  • Evaluates business feasibility and profitability for special (non‑standard) products within the global structure. Also assesses business feasibility for custom products as assigned. Provides pricing on non‑standard and custom products based on established profitability goals in conjunction with Finance.
