Overview

Carolina Family Estate Planning (CFEP), a woman-owned law firm in Cary, NC, is seeking a motivated and compassionate Client Success Strategist. In this role, you will engage with prospective new clients who have already expressed interest in our legal services. You'll guide them through the decision-making process to help them secure their future through estate planning, long-term care, and asset protection services.

This is not a cold-calling role. All leads are generated and pre-qualified by our marketing and intake team.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct Vision Meetings to assess prospective clients  goals and needs.
  • Present seminars and group workshops to educate the public about our services.
  • Provide personalized guidance to help clients understand their next steps and the value of legal planning.
  • Follow up with prospective and existing clients to build long-term relationships and ensure engagement.
  • Document notes, interactions, and follow-up steps in the firm s CRM software.
  • Participate in business development, community presentations, and client check-in calls.
  • Support a smooth transition of new matters to the legal team.
  • Track and report key metrics related to conversion rates, revenue, and engagement.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2C sales (services industry preferred).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and follow up diligently.
  • Tech-savvy, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Must be comfortable speaking with individuals and groups.
  • No legal degree or experience required; legal advice will only be given by attorneys.

Compensation
  • Base salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually (based on experience).
  • On Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000+ with performance-based incentives.
  • Top performers can earn $110,000 or more annually.

Work Schedule
  • Typical hours:
