Precision Walls, Inc., one of the nation’s leading specialty contractors, is seeking a driven and experienced Architectural Product Manager to join our team. This role will be based in Cary, NC, with a focus on driving product specifications and sales across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet defined goals
• Identify and engage key decision-makers within the A&D and construction community
• Drive product specifications through architects, developers, and contractors
• Conduct impactful product presentations and technical overviews to prospective clients
• Build and strengthen relationships within the commercial architectural community
• Collaborate internally to support product positioning and client needs
• Manage pipeline activity and reporting across a multi-state territory

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of successful architectural sales experience
• Existing relationships within the commercial architectural market
• Proven ability to identify and engage key influencers in the project design process
• Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural drawings
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work independently
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and presentation abilities
