Job Description Cura Cor Solutions is seeking a Strategic Advisor with experience in provider strategy and health data analytics to join our growing Care Delivery Services team. In this role, you will help drive healthcare innovation by delivering rigorous market and competitive intelligence, advanced data analytics, and helping shape implementation ready provider strategies that accelerate our care delivery vision. Acting as a trusted advisor to leadership, you will lead and collaborate across the organization to uncover, analyze, and translate complex data, market dynamics, competitive intelligence, and operational realities into clear, actionable strategic recommendations across near-, mid-, and long-term horizons.

The Care Delivery Services Team sits within the diversified business arm of Cura Cor Solutions, a family of companies that includes Blue Cross NCand works to help make health care better for all. The team is responsible for overseeing strategy co-development and execution as well as alliance management and advisement functions for Cura Cor Solutions’ care delivery service assets, including Fast Med and Alo | Avance Care.

The team was established to help expand consumer access to affordable high-quality care and improve the end-to-end consumer experience by reducing friction across the care journey.

Deliver rigorous market and competitive intelligence, staying current on industry trends, care delivery innovation, and evolving payer‑provider models to inform Fast Med and Alo’s strategy and competitive positioning.

Apply advanced data analytics across financial, operational, payor, and market datasets to generate insights that support sustainable growth, operational performance, and our mission to expand access to affordable, high‑quality care.

Translate data analytics into strategic insight, leveraging data visualization and storytelling to turn complex findings into clear recommendations, scenario analyses, and decision frameworks that support executive strategy discussions and decision-making.

Support development of near‑ to mid‑term strategy (1-3 years) for Cura Cor’s care delivery assets, partnering closely with long‑term strategy teams to co‑develop and ensure alignment with enterprise‑wide 5+ year strategic visions.

Guide asset‑level strategies for Fast Med and Alo | Avance Care, translating market insights, performance trends, and competitive dynamics into clear strategic direction and implementation‑ready roadmaps.

Support cross‑enterprise strategies that align Cura Cor’s care delivery assets with Blue Cross NC to create collective value, accelerate the payvider vision, and support enterprise growth and innovation.

Contribute to the development of implementation‑ready strategic recommendations that bridge strategy and execution, ensuring clarity on strategic intent, tradeoffs, and paths to impact without owning day‑to‑day operations.

Partner with long‑term strategy and corporate development teams to provide input on the strategic and financial value of additional care delivery partnerships, investments, and transactions.
