Summary:
To assist the Accounting Department with administrative tasks and general office duties.
This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Maintain office supply inventories
- Schedule and plan monthly employee luncheons
- Create & Maintain General Manager and Senior Accounting Managers Calendars
- Assist in scheduling & planning team building activities with various departments
- Assist Senior Accounting Managers & Department Heads in various projects
- Schedule meetings and attend as needed for support to Senior Accounting Managers
- Build relationships and communication with dealership personnel, Accounting Office staff, and HAG employees
- Attend Weekly Department Head/Senior Management Meetings to strategize on how to make the departments better and discuss issues
- Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area
- Participates in required training
- Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system
- Follows Safeguards rules and regulations. Demonstrates the Company’s Core Values
- Complies with Company policies and procedures
- Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.
Other duties as assigned.

- Automobile Salesperson License
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Products. Ability to learn the Dealership Management System, Spreadsheet software, accounting software, and inventory software.
Communication SkillsAbility to understand and follow instructions. Ability to communicate effectively with company personnel.
Attendance ExpectationsThe position requires regular and predictable attendance. Scheduled shifts may include evening hours, weekends, and some holidays.
Physical DemandsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
