Business Analyst

Cary NC (2 days on site a week a must) (Must be local to Carey NC)

HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self- motivated Business Analyst within Investment Banking & Security Services Domain. Business Analyst with domain knowledge of Security Services Domain developing applications in Custody and Asset Servicing from Corporate Banking (including Settlements and Corporate actions) domain. Business Analyst within Investment Banking & Security Services Domain to join HCL Tech in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity.

Must Have Experience
:

• Business Analyst from Security Services Domain (Must Have)
• Business Analyst who has experience developing applications in Custody and Asset Servicing from Corporate Banking (including Settlements and Corporate actions) domain (Must Have)
• Business Analyst form Investment Banking background (Must Have)
• Business Analyst who is functional and has worked with Software Development teams
• Business Analyst will work with Customer Directly
• Business Analyst will be responsible for Backlog grooming
• Business Analyst experience working with Product Owners & Product Team & Operational Teams
• Business Analyst will be responsible for getting clarity on requirements

Job Description
:

• Business Functional Analyst (BFA) with 8+ years of work experience in Security Service Domain.
• Will be responsible for business solution design in a complex project environment (e.g., transformational programs).

Work includes
:

• Identifying business requirements and translating requirements into specific functional specifications for solution development and implementation
• Analyzing business requirements and the associated impacts of the changes
• Designing and assisting business in developing optimal target state business processes
• Functional analysis for developing applications in Custody and Asset Servicing from Corporate Banking (including Settlements and Corporate actions) domain
• Familiarity with business process modeling tools and techniques
• Aligning with other key stakeholder groups (such as Project Management & Software engineering) to support the link between the business divisions and the solution providers for all aspects of identifying, implementing, maintaining solutions.

Pay Range Minimum: $106,000k

Pay Range Maximum: $169,000k

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
