A leading recruiting firm is seeking a Senior Estimator for civil construction projects ranging from $2M to $40M. This role involves interpreting bid documents, conducting quantity takeoffs, and mentoring junior estimators. The ideal candidate will have 5-10+ years of estimating experience in heavy highway, earthwork, bridge, and utility construction. Familiarity with Department of Transportation specifications and experience using estimating software are essential.
