Part Time Dental Hygienist – Nouveau Smile Studio (Cary NC)

Nouveau Smile Studio is seeking a stellar part time Dental Hygienist who delivers elevated individualized patient care in a modern private practice setting. This position is for someone who values quality of care over volume and believes that patients deserve time attention and clinical excellence. We provide a boutique experience supported by advanced technology same day dentistry digital workflows and a calm professional environment that respects both the provider and the patient.

This role is designed for a hygienist who is clinically confident relationship driven and aligned with high standard patient care. We are looking for someone who is polished compassionate and confident in educating patients without pressure or scripted sales tactics. Operational hours are Mon‑Thurs 7:45a‑4:15p through lunch.

• Provide exceptional prophylaxis periodontal therapy and maintenance care with clinical precision
• Perform accurate charting periodontal evaluations radiographs and diagnostic support for the doctor
• Deliver patient education that builds trust understanding and treatment acceptance
• Maintain clear accurate and ethical documentation that reflects quality clinical care
• Support a calm professional and detail oriented patient experience that aligns with the practice brand
• Utilize digital systems and current technology to enhance clinical efficiency and comfort

• Polished professional and patient focused
• Confident in periodontal diagnosis and treatment of disease beyond basic preventative care
• Comfortable discussing needed treatment including invisalign, crowns, guards, implants, oral hygiene
• Team minded and collaborative rather than task oriented
• Values continuing education and evolving with advancements in dentistry
• Composed mature and committed to clinical consistency
• Local anesthesia certification
• Proficiency in ITERO wellness scans
• Arestin placement experience

• Part time two to three days per week to start with room to grow
