CNA Instructor (Registered Nurse) – Now Hiring at Glenaire!

Are you a passionate Registered Nurse who enjoys teaching and inspiring future healthcare professionals? We’re looking for a dedicated CNA Instructor to join our team and help shape the next generation of nursing assistants. Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and delivering lesson plans (both practical & theoretical)
  • Designing engaging and effective teaching strategies
  • Monitoring student progress and performance
  • Maintaining accurate attendance and grade records
  • Conducting Q&A sessions and facilitating knowledge retention
  • Preparing test questions and administering internal evaluations
  • Providing academic guidance and motivation to students
  • Collaborating with the Director of Nursing to support program goals
Qualifications
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in North Carolina (NCBON compliant)
  • Minimum 2 years of professional RN experience
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
  • Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
  • Negative TB test (within the past 12 months or equivalent)
  • Strong critical thinking abilities
