Base pay range: $69,500.00/yr - $95,500.00/yr.

We are seeking an Instrumentation and Controls Engineer excited to work on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ business. As part of a collaborative, multi‑disciplinary team, you will:

• Design and optimize control systems for a variety of processes, working closely with architects, engineers, and designers to deliver world‑class solutions for new facilities.
• Develop P&IDs, size valves, specify instrumentation, and document and model design information while ensuring compliance with building codes and industry standards.
• Produce mechanical, instrumentation, and automation options and optimizations.
• Coordinate work activities with other staff members and the discipline lead.
• Provide on‑site assistance during startup and deliver schedule and technical quality for challenging engineering tasks.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Control Systems, or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience working with Instrumentation and Control.
• Working knowledge of DDC, PLC, DCS, and other controls applications preferred.
• Experience working with Data Centers.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) certification.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas.
• Ability to learn quickly and broaden knowledge base.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Passion for buildings and construction.
