We are seeking an Instrumentation and Controls Engineer excited to work on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ business. Join us to work on state‑of‑the‑art industrial and commercial facilities.
As part of a collaborative, multi‑disciplinary team, you will:
- Design and optimize control systems for a variety of processes, working closely with architects, engineers, and designers to deliver world‑class solutions for new facilities.
- Develop P&IDs, size valves, specify instrumentation, and document and model design information while ensuring compliance with building codes and industry standards.
- Produce mechanical, instrumentation, and automation options and optimizations.
- Coordinate work activities with other staff members and the discipline lead.
- Provide on‑site assistance during startup and deliver schedule and technical quality for challenging engineering tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Control Systems, or Electrical Engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience working with Instrumentation and Control.
- Working knowledge of DDC, PLC, DCS, and other controls applications preferred.
- Experience working with Data Centers.
- Engineer in Training (EIT) certification.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas.
- Ability to learn quickly and broaden knowledge base.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in multi‑disciplinary teams.
- Passion for buildings and construction.
