Responsibilities- Conduct individual and group technical training courses for employees and customers.
- Evaluate training programs and materials.
- Develop new course materials.
- Organize and supervise training services for clients.
- Review feedback and modify/revise course materials as instructed.
- Provide technical support for complaints.
- Perform service, preventative maintenance, and modifications on Medical Imaging Equipment at customer sites.
- Use tools and service test equipment proficiently.
- Apply advanced understanding of electricity, power supplies, and grounding principles.
- 3+ years experience as a field service engineer (biomedical engineer) servicing diagnostic instruments.
- Knowledge and experience in medical imaging equipment.
Min $89,220 - Max $133,820
