Senior Electrical Engineer - Energy & Power

Hybrid | Multiple U.S. Locations

Base Salary Range: ~ $130,000 - $200,000 DOE

Join a leading engineering firm's expanding Energy & Power team focused on delivering innovative, sustainable energy solutions. We seek a Senior Electrical Engineer (PE preferred) with strong utility and power experience to lead projects, mentor staff, and support critical energy infrastructure across the U.S.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead electrical engineering design and advisory teams on utility-scale power projects
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
  • Mentor junior engineers and support business development efforts
  • Provide expertise in power distribution, generation, substations, renewables, and power system modeling
  • Assist with proposal development and project planning
Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • ~ 10+ years in electrical engineering focused on utility and power projects
  • Active Professional Engineer (PE) license (any U.S. state) - Highly Preferred
  • Proficient with power system modeling tools (SKM, ETAP, etc.)
  • Strong communicator with client engagement skills
  • Willing to travel up to 50% and work hybrid (3 days/week REMOTE; 2 days/week in office or client site)
  • Located near or open to relocating to Ft. Worth TX, Greenville SC, Denver CO, Philadelphia PA, Cary NC, or Chicago IL
  • Candidates requiring sponsorship are not eligible
