In this role, you will complete progressively challenging engineering assignments while expanding your knowledge of Enbridge’s operations, engineering methods, and technical practices. Guided by established engineering principles and general supervision, you will take on increasingly complex work with greater independence as your skills and experience grow.

- Complete progressively complex engineering assignments using established engineering theory, standards, practices, and processes.
- Apply engineering principles to analyze technical information and develop practical, fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Build knowledge of Enbridge’s business, engineering methods, systems, and operating practices through hands‑on assignments.
- Manage assigned work with increasing independence while seeking guidance and incorporating technical feedback when required.
- Collect, evaluate, document, and communicate technical facts clearly to engineering colleagues, leaders, and project stakeholders.
- Support project engineering activities and provide basic technical guidance to junior employees when required.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university. Preference is for a Civil or Mechanical engineering degree.
- 2-4 years of professional, intermediate-level engineering experience.
- Technically proficient in applying engineering theory, standardized practices, methods, and processes to increasingly complex assignments.
- Accountable and adaptable in managing priorities, completing high-quality work, and operating with greater independence as your capability develops.
- Collaborative and articulate in building productive working relationships and communicating technical information clearly, concisely, and professionally.
- Growth-oriented and supportive in seeking feedback, embracing new challenges, sharing knowledge, and providing basic guidance to junior employees when required.
