This position supports the execution of year-round events, activities, and programs by helping host experiences, lead pre-planned activities, assist with setup and breakdown, and provide excellent member service throughout each event.

Working closely with the Director of Member Experience, this role helps bring the club calendar to life through family events, children’s programming, adult socials, seasonal celebrations, themed activities, and daily club experiences. This is a hands-on, high-energy position focused on execution, engagement, and hospitality rather than event planning. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating memorable experiences, connecting with people, and bringing energy to club programming.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the execution of year-round events, activities, and programs for members and guests of all ages.
  • Help host club events and create a fun, welcoming, and engaging atmosphere.
  • Lead and facilitate pre-planned activities such as crafts, games, socials, themed experiences, and family-friendly programming.
  • Work alongside the Director of Member Experience, or independently when needed, to carry out scheduled programming and activities.
  • Set up, organize, and reset event spaces, materials, decorations, and equipment before and after activities.
  • Greet members and guests, answer questions, and provide support throughout events and programs.
  • Assist with event flow, activity transitions, check-in support, and general hospitality during programming.
  • Operate microphones, music, and basic audio/visual equipment as needed.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment during all events and activities.
  • Report incidents, hazards, or member concerns promptly to the Member Experience team.
  • Support evening, weekend, holiday, and seasonal programming as needed.
  • Jump in where needed to help ensure a smooth and successful member experience.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • CPR and First Aid certification, or the ability to obtain certification within a designated timeframe.
  • At least one year of customer service experience.
  • Experience in hospitality, recreation, childcare, events, or other member-facing roles preferred.
  • Comfortable working with children, families, and adults.
