A global manufacturing company is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to support strategic decision-making and financial performance across key business functions. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing financial insights, planning support, and performance analysis. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance counterpart to designated business leaders
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, providing financial guidance on plans, forecasts, and investments
• Support development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans
• Provide transparency on spend and resource allocation across segments and geographies
• Track and analyze spend vs. budget, providing variance analysis and actionable insights
• Monitor performance using reporting tools and profitability analysis
• Identify risks, opportunities, and efficiency improvements in operating expenses
• Provide decision support for business cases, product launches, and strategic initiatives
• Ensure financial policies, controls, and compliance standards are adhered to
• Drive accountability and transparency in financial reporting using tools like Power BI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• 5–8+ years of experience in Finance, with exposure to FP&A or commercial finance roles
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Ability to communicate complex financials clearly to non-finance stakeholders
• Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leaders
• Experience working in international and multicultural environments
• Familiarity with ROI measurement, OPEX management, and investment analysis
• Proficiency with financial planning/reporting systems and data visualization tools
