• Deliver an exceptional, elevated client experience from the moment a guest enters lounge.
• Communicate clearly with clients to ensure alignment on grooming preferences.
• Perform men’s grooming services – precision cuts, beard trims, styling, shaves, color services, waxing, relaxing scalp/hand/arm massages.
• Maintain accurate client notes and utilize the POS system with care.
• Support retail, membership, and service recommendations through expert education.
• Contribute to a collaborative, high‑performing team environment.

• Valid State of North Carolina Cosmetology or Barber License.
• Strong client service and communication skills.
• Minimum one year of salon or barbershop experience.
• Expertise in men’s grooming, including modern haircuts and beard care.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work with precision in a fast‑paced, service‑driven environment.
