As a companion at Golden Harmony, you’ll build lasting relationships with clients by providing companionship and support, allowing them to live a full and meaningful life. • Location: Don’t love to commute? We’ll do our best to provide clients as close to you as possible.
• Competitive Pay: We start our caregivers at $18 per hour
• Flexibility: It’s hard to find a job that balances your time with school, kids, or other priorities. We’ll do our best to provide flexible options that work with your schedule.

• Experience: If you love seniors or have experience caring for older adults, we’d love to talk to you.
• Skills: We’re looking for individuals who are compassionate and service minded. Experience providing assistance with cooking, light housekeeping, transportation, engagement in activities.
• Characteristics: You’re a great candidate if you love spending time with seniors and enriching lives. This is an autonomous position, so self-motivation and a willingness to learn is key to success.

• Engage the client in activities and conversation that enrich their life.
• Encourage light exercise to keep the client active and physically moving.
• Remind the client to take medications.
• Tidy up the house to keep the environment clean and enjoyable for the client.
• Prepare snacks and light meals for the client to enjoy during your visit.
• Transportation to medical appointments, errands, and fun outings.
