This Board-Certified Behavior Analyst role is based in Raleigh, North Carolina and offers a hybrid work environment supporting center-based and in-home clients while allowing you to directly influence how services evolve. If you are a BCBA who wants to help shape a practice-not just work in one-this opportunity is designed for you.

As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, you will play a critical role in changing the lives of children and families affected by Autism while contributing to a broader vision of coordinated, family-centered care. At All Together Autism, our team members are the foundation of each family's journey. We are deeply committed to team member experience, investing in your growth so you can expand your clinical expertise and leadership impact as a BCBA.

This Board-Certified Behavior Analyst position offers a hybrid schedule supporting center and in-home clients, with services designed to integrate direct therapy and support services for children with Autism. You will collaborate closely with families, clinicians, and leadership to deliver meaningful, evidence-based outcomes. This is more than ABA-our BCBA team works together to improve continuity of care and elevate the standard of Autism services in our community.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $95,000, along with strong mentorship and professional development focus. As a growing second-year company, All Together Autism is actively expanding and preparing for center-based and home care operations in 2026. Every Board-Certified Behavior Analyst on our team has a voice in how we grow, innovate, and serve families affected by Autism.

To qualify, you must be a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with at least three years of experience and a passion for advancing both clinical excellence and team development. Our service schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with occasional Saturday hours, supporting consistency while allowing flexibility across service settings. We are looking for a BCBA who values collaboration, leadership, and long-term impact.

If you are ready to grow your career as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst while helping redefine how Autism services are delivered, we want to hear from you.

Apply today by clicking to complete our 3-minute application. We will be in touch within 24–48 hours to discuss your future with All Together Autism as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
