The Role

The HR Admin / Office Manager is the backbone of our people operations. You’ll be responsible for supporting the full employee lifecycle—from hiring and onboarding to benefits, training, and company culture initiatives. This role also includes keeping our office operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

HR & People Operations

Manage and support the hiring process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and coordination with hiring managers

Own and improve the new hire onboarding experience, ensuring employees feel welcomed, prepared, and supported from day one

Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and confidential files with accuracy and discretion

Assist with benefits administration, enrollment support, and employee questions related to benefits, PTO, and policies

Coordinate trainings, learning sessions, and internal communications related to people operations

Help plan and execute company events, team outings, and culture-building initiatives

Support updates to HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook materials

Office Management & Admin Support

Oversee day-to-day office needs, supplies, and general organization

Act as a key point of contact for internal questions and administrative support

Assist leadership with HR-related projects, reporting, and special initiatives

Jump in where needed to support a fast-paced, growing team - everything from data entry, billing, order fulfillment, customer support, and more!

Ideal Qualifications
Must-Haves

Prior experience in HR administration, people operations, or office management

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication skills and a people-first mindset

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally

Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-growing environment

Nice-to-Haves

Experience with HR software, applicant tracking systems, or onboarding tools

Experience planning trainings, employee events, or team engagement activities

Background or coursework in HR, business administration, or a related field
