Job Description Scope of Role
HR Program Manager will lead and project manage the development, implementation, and deployment of various HR programs and initiatives aligned with the strategic business objectives. The HR Programs and Enablement Manager will play a crucial role in driving organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent development and retention strategies, and more.
Key Objectives and Responsibilities- Lead and project manage the design, development, and execution of HR programs and initiatives aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with HR leadership and key stakeholders across the business to identify program needs, objectives, and success metrics.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for HR programs, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely delivery.
- Implementation and, in partnership with field HR, execution of HR programs, monitor progress and address any issues or obstacles that arise while driving continuous improvements.
- Provide guidance and support to cross‑functional project teams, ensuring alignment with program goals and objectives.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of HR programs to measure effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization.
- Partner with HR business partners and other functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HR programs with broader organizational initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to HR programs, and incorporate relevant insights into program design and execution.
- Serve as a subject‑matter expert on HR programs, providing guidance and support to HR colleagues, managers, and employees as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in HR program management or related roles.
- Proven track record of successfully leading projects, including design, implementation, and management of HR programs in a complex organizational environment.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Advanced skills in data visualization, with expert use of Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel, is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to think critically, analyze and visualize data, and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Travel will be 30%-50%.
