Our client, a global pharmaceutical manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support the delivery of their large-scale CAPEX project based in North Carolina. With continued organizational growth and considerable investment across their portfolio and capital programs this is an extremely exciting opportunity to contribute towards their brand-new manufacturing facility on the East Coast of the United States.
What you'll do:- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires and contractors.
- Manage and track background check and drug screening processes.
- Maintain employee records, onboarding documentation, and hiring files.
- Assist with orientation planning and new hire logistics.
- Support headcount tracking and reporting activities.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and People & Culture teams on administrative initiatives.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Extensive experience supporting Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Coordination, Employee Onboarding, or Administrative functions.
- Experience coordinating onboarding, new hire orientation, or employee lifecycle activities.
- Experience managing background checks, pre-employment screening, or related compliance processes.
