Administrative Assistant to support Payroll team in the Cary, NC office that will require investigating variances/errors, engaging with tax jurisdictions to register accounts, establish on-line accounts, create POA's, Company level updates in Workday and leveraging ADP Smart Compliance to track open items, mapping for new jurisdictions, error research, etc..

• Two Degree preferred, will accept 5 years of work experience in lieu of degree.
• 1 year in Workday
• Strong Excel knowledge (Pivot tables/VLOOKUPs)
• Ability to multi-task
• Analytical
• Detail Oriented
