I am working with a groundbreaking data-oriented business searching for a Professional Services Consultant. They have masterclass products across CDP (Customer Data Platform) and have built products over the last 5 years which are changing how their clients (mostly large financials) are using, interacting, and protecting their data.
Many customers choosing to use this platform for analytics are migrating away from other platforms such as Google and Adobe, so a strong understanding and background in web analytics is critical. This role is ideal for someone passionate about actively helping customers succeed, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
I am looking for an implementation-oriented, business-facing Professional Services Consultant. You will play a key role in the installation and configuration of the software into large enterprises, often requiring integration with global partners for full implementation. Effective communication is essential.
You will collaborate with the team and business users at our customers to translate business requirements into technical designs that can be implemented in the platform, delivering high-value customer data instantly.
You will lead technical implementation meetings with customers and partners to ensure smooth transitions.
We need you to have implemented large enterprise solutions for major clients and managed the entire process.
