We are seeking a skilled and experienced Integration Specialist to join our Integration Competency Center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and ensuring seamless data and system integration across various platforms. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.

• Lead and manage integration efforts from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high‑quality results.
• Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using industry‑standard tools and technologies.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and define integration specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, bugs, and provide technical support and guidance to team members.
• Maintain and enhance existing integration solutions, ensuring they meet evolving business needs.
• Continuously learn and apply the latest integration technologies and best practices to enhance and streamline our integration processes.

Individual Contributor.

• Proficiency in leading integration platforms and technologies, such as Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC), Azure Integration Services, Mule Soft Anypoint Platform, Boomi, and/or understanding of APIs, web services, and data formats (XML, JSON, etc.).
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience with cloud‑based integration platforms and services is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or a minimum of 5 years of experience in integration development and management.

Hybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days of employment based upon manager discretion, job performance and work assignments.
