• Provide architecture and technology leadership for building tools, frameworks, procedures, and standards.
• Utilize Docker images and builds for containerization of applications and services.
• Modernize legacy infrastructure, perform cloud migration, and design solutions for architecture upgrades.
• Modernize SQL deployment patterns using Kubernetes, Helm Charts, Jenkins, and Open Shift container platform to create consistency and simplify processes.
• Tune Oracle database queries and stored procedures using PL/SQL developer.
• Coordinate web application certificate setup, deployment and rotation.
• Set up monitoring and alerting tools, including Grafana and Splunk, to improve stability and resiliency of business‑critical web applications and background processes.
• Integrate internal systems, web applications, and batch jobs with external services, including identity providers, Service Now, Azure Graph API, and SharePoint Online APIs.
• Automate software packaging and deployment processes through scripting using Power Shell.
• Utilize REST services, .NET Core, .NET, Type Script, Node.js, Angular, microservices, MVC, and Entity Framework Core in executing duties.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field or equivalent.
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience developing and optimizing Dev Ops platform infrastructure utilizing Dev Ops practices, including Configuration‑as‑code, Pipeline‑as‑code, infrastructure‑as‑code, immutable infrastructure, blue/green deployment, shift‑left, and observability.
