The Sr Enterprise Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for the design and implementation of application platform solutions, with an initial focus on Customer Communication Management (CCM) platforms such as enterprise search and document generation/workflow products like Quadient, xPression, Documaker, Web Sphere Application Server (WAS). This is an exciting opportunity to gain and provide expertise on these key business platforms, identify opportunities for automation and cloud‑enablement across other technologies within the Platform Engineering portfolio, and develop cross‑functional expertise.

• Design, implement, and maintain application platforms, ensuring reliability, scalability, security, and performance.
• Create complex integration solutions through collaboration with engineers and application teams.
• Design systems with redundancy and failover mechanisms to ensure high availability and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, application teams, architects, and other stakeholders to provide technical guidance and ensure seamless integration.
• Plan and implement operating system, software, and application platform upgrades, including vulnerability remediation.
• Analyze infrastructure capacity and collaborate with Capacity Management, Production Management, Application Development, and Business Teams to meet future demand.
• Prepare and update technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, system configurations, and SOPs.
• Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement resolutions to minimize service interruptions.
• Identify opportunities within infrastructure‑related services to enhance process efficiencies through automation.

• 5+ years of combined experience in designing, developing, testing, deploying, and managing complex enterprise infrastructure platforms built on Java, Python, Web Sphere Application Server, Liberty, or Apache Tomcat.
• Proficiency in automation tools such as Ansible, Python, and/or Unix shell for configuration management and orchestration.
• Strong troubleshooting and log/performance analysis skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

• Experience or working knowledge of AI/ML‑based proactive solutions in automating monitoring, detecting, and resolving infrastructure and platform anomalies.
• 3+ years of experience on CCM and Document Generation platforms (Quadient, xPression, or Documaker).
• Experience with containerizing applications and deploying on Open Shift.
• Knowledge of Azure cloud platform.

Location Expectation:
This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office. The expected salary range for this position is $88,100 - $127,500, with eligibility for annual short‑term incentive compensation. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
