Senior Professional Service Engineer

Requirements Must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field
• Proficient in managing technical resources to achieve business and revenue goals
• Continuous education in technology and industry certifications
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, combined with a diplomatic attitude
• CCNP certification is preferred
• In-depth understanding of network protocols like TCP and UDP
• Extensive experience with various Network Monitoring Tools
• Familiarity with multiple vendor network equipment and fault isolation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences
• Minimum of 7 years in a technical role, with at least 5 years in customer-facing positions
• Multi-disciplinary technical expertise
• Intermediate to expert knowledge in Ethernet networks (Layers 1-4), Internet, Voice and Video Services, Network Management, Server and OS, Network Security, Switching and Routing Protocols, and Network Design and Architecture

• Oversee complex network deployment and operational tasks for large-scale, multi-vendor environment
• Collaborate with project teams to enhance service delivery
• Mentor TAC engineers to develop their technical competencies
• Execute project tasks as outlined in the Statement of Work
• Prepare and document work items for client SOW submissions
• Liaise with Sales, TAC, and Development teams to support customer network and product needs
• Provide on-site leadership and direction during projects
• Develop, refine, and document technical configurations and deployment strategies
• Conduct product testing before U.S. launch
• Participate in Controlled Introduction and software rollout efforts
• Engage in 24/7 support coverage as needed
• Travel up to 25% for project-related activities
• Share expertise and input on all ongoing professional services projects
• Aid L2/L3 teams with troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Facilitate customer training sessions
• Communicate project progress and requirements to clients and internal stakeholders
