Job Description

• Gather requirements from clients regarding Global Marketing Design.
• Design and develop data models, data flows, journey configurations, offer configurations, segment creation, and jobs.
• Perform peer reviews of deliverables.
• Collaborate with operational teams during UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and production roll-out.
• Fix bugs during UAT and SIT, with knowledge of debugging to troubleshoot errors.
• Demonstrate the ability to learn and retain complex material.
• Conduct unit testing and document results before deploying to test environment.
• Support production rollout and address bugs for quick resolution.
• Run processes, replicate errors in development and test environments, review logs, and support versioning to production.
• As a senior developer, provide training and guidance to team members as needed and work collaboratively.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform or other CDPs.
• 7+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and create technical specifications, utilizing the AEP framework to build solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Build data models, schemas, and data flows in AEP, ensuring proper mapping of classes, field groups, identities, and attributes.
• Experience loading data into and out of CDP from data lakes, Salesforce, and marketing orchestration systems.
• Leverage AEP APIs and SDKs to stream data from various application connectors.
• Apply data quality rules, validate data, and assist clients in defining their data strategies, including data collection and governance.
• Implement and enhance AEP-related changes based on technical design specifications.
• Understand Identity Graph, Query Service, Real-Time Customer Profile, Segmentation Service, and Data Science Workspace.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform modules such as RTCDP, CJA, and AJO.
• Work on journey configuration, offer configuration, and segment creation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, data engineers, and project managers for successful delivery.
• Have a comprehensive understanding of the integrated architecture of Adobe Experience Cloud offerings.
• Experience working in on-off models within multi-vendor environments, demonstrating team acceptability.
• Knowledge of other Adobe products like ACM, Analytics, and Marketo.
• Preferred:
  Experience in the insurance domain.
