Therole:

Asa Senior Project Manager ,youwillleadtheplanninganddeliveryofcomplexenterprisetechnologyinitiatives,includingERP,Business Intelligence(BI),dataanalytics,AI,andsystemsintegrationprojects.

Youwillpartnerwith Product,Engineering,Data,andbusinessteamstodeliverprojectsontime,within scope,andalignedwithbusinessobjectives.

Responsibilities:

• Leadend-to-endERPimplementation,upgrade,andenterprisetechnologyprojects.
• Manage Business Intelligence (BI),dataanalytics,AI,andsystemsintegrationinitiativesfromplanningthroughdelivery.
• Developprojectplans,timelines,resource plans,andsuccessmetrics.
• Partner with Product,Engineering,Data,andbusinessstakeholderstodefinescope,priorities,and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functionalteamstoensureprojectsaredeliveredontimeandwithinscope.
• Manageprojectrisks,issues,dependencies,budgets,andscopechanges.
• Leadprojectsinvolvingenterpriseintegrations,APIs,analytics solutions,andAI-enabled technologies.
• Provideregularprojectupdates,executive reporting,andstakeholdercommunications.
• Driveprocessimprovementsthatenhancedelivery,efficiency,andcustomeroutcomes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor'sdegreein
  
  Business,Information Technology,Computer Science,orarelatedfield.
• 7+yearsofprojectmanagementexperience,includingatleastfouryearsleadingERPorenterprisesoftwareimplementations.
• Experiencemanagingtechnicalprojectsinvolving Business Intelligence (BI),dataanalytics,enterpriseintegrations,APIs,orcloud-based platforms.
• Strongunderstandingof Agile,Waterfall,orhybridprojectmanagementmethodologies.
• Excellent leadership,communication,organizational,and problem-solving skills.
• Abilitytomanagemultiplecomplexprojectswhilepartneringeffectivelywith Product,Engineering,Data,andexecutivestakeholders.
• PMPisaplus
• ExperienceleadingAI,machine learning,Business Intelligence,orenterpriseanalyticsinitiatives.
• ExperiencedeliveringenterpriseintegrationprojectsinvolvingAPIs,middleware,ETL,orintegrationplatforms.
• ExperiencewithMSProjectandcollaborationtoolssuchas Open Air ,SharePoint,One Note,and Microsoft
