Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Kubernetes Dev Ops Engineer to support the administration, performance, and continuous improvement of our cloud-native infrastructure. This role is responsible for managing Kubernetes environments, maintaining Dev Ops platforms and CI/CD pipelines, monitoring system performance, and developing automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, reliability, and scalability.

• Responsible for the daily operations, monitoring, maintenance, and optimization of Kubernetes clusters, including cluster deployment, upgrades, scaling, monitoring alarms, and log management.
• Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Dev Ops toolchain, including CI/CD processes, code repositories, and build tools.
• Monitor platform performance, perform performance tuning, and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Design and develop automated operations scripts, tools, and platforms to improve operational efficiency and automation levels.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Solutions, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related degree.
• 5+ years of IT Operations, Infrastructure, Dev Ops, or Site Reliability Engineering experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Kubernetes administration experience.

• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus

• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes architecture, cluster deployment, management, maintenance, troubleshooting, and tuning.
• familiar with various resource objects of K8s.
• Experience working with Dev Ops tools and platforms, including Jira, Git, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Helm, and Ansible etc.
• Knowledge of Linux system administration, troubleshooting, and network configuration.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language, such as Python, Go, or Shell, with the ability to develop and maintain automation solutions.

• Experience with cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Open Shift) is preferred.
• Familiar with cloud-native monitoring and logging tools, such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, etc.
