• Proactive patrolling of assigned areas to deter criminal activity

Applicants must demonstrate significant physical ability to maintain law‑enforcement certification. Tasks include walking, running, standing for extended periods, reaching, climbing, and operating in varied weather conditions while wearing uniform, body armor, and equipment. Visual acuity, hearing, and speech normalcy are required. A valid driver’s license is necessary. Minimum educational requirement is a high school diploma with supplemental law‑enforcement training or experience.
