Our client, a well-established and reputable law firm in the area, is seeking an experienced Trust & Estates Attorney to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with a background in estate planning, probate, and trust administration who is looking to advance their career in a collaborative, client-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Advise clients on comprehensive estate planning matters, including wills, trusts, wealth-transfer strategies, and powers of attorney.
• Draft, review, and finalize estate planning documents tailored to individual client needs.
• Manage probate proceedings and trust administration from start to finish.
• Conduct client consultations, assess planning objectives, and develop effective long-term solutions.
• Work closely with families, fiduciaries, financial advisors, and firm partners to implement appropriate estate strategies.
• Maintain timely and clear communication with clients throughout the planning or administration process.

Qualifications:
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law and in good standing with state bar
• Prior experience in trust & estates, probate, or elder law is strongly preferred.
• Strong drafting skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive client matters with professionalism.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
