• General Training & Comprehension:
  Learn and perform job assignments of housekeeper, heavy housekeeper/floor tech, and laundry worker positions, and operate/teach others how to operate a variety of industrial cleaning equipment.
• Leadership Development:
  Assist in training, quality control, and in‑servicing staff according to policies, procedures, and federal/state requirements.
• Policies & Procedures:
  Provide leadership, support, and guidance to ensure quality standards, inventory levels, safety guidelines, and customer service expectations are met.
• Reporting:
  Maintain records of income and expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment in report format.
• Training Management:
  Responsible for all training, quality control, and in‑servicing staff to meet HCSG standards.
• Leadership:
  Manage payroll submission, staffing patterns, coaching, discipline, purchasing, inventory, and budgeting.
• Communication:
  Effectively communicate directives from client managers, building occupants, and administrators to HCSG staff.
