Atticus LLC is seeking a Manager, Product Development in Cary, NC to own formulation development for select market segments, collaborating with manufacturing, sourcing, and development partners both in the US and offshore. The role oversees validation, regulatory alignment, EPA submission prep, and technology transfer and scale-up.
You will coordinate pilot runs with Operations, guide inert ingredient selection, and develop manufacturing manuals and specifications for new products.
